Late payments

• Late payments will be accepted for 7 days (up until 12 March 2020) before a late fee is incurred.
• Late payments must be made online only
• Cash will NOT be accepted by the school office after 5 March 2020
• You can place a late order after 12 March 2020, but be advised that a late fee will apply.
• You DO NOT need to return your envelope for a late payment

GS Imaging offers a seven day money back guarantee on all photographs supplied. This guarantee operates for a period of 7 days commencing from the day the photographs are delivered to your school or club.

To Make a Claim

1. Ensure that the photographs are returned inside the guarantee period
2. Return all photographs including the front and back cover to; GS Imaging Pty Ltd Unit 2, 33 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park NSW 2148
3. Ensure that your payment envelope is returned with your photographs.
4. Enclose a note with your name and address, school/club and class/team of the child, along with a small description of what is wrong with the photographs. Enclose your bank details for the refund.
5. Your claim will be processed as quickly as possible. Allow two to three weeks for your refund to be processed. 

NOTE

Broken packs or packs with missing photographs, purchase envelope missing or photographs returned outside the guarantee period will be not be recognised under our policy.
