Exciting news!
We are launching some great new incentives to assist us in reaching our overall target. Research states that students need to be in attendance at least 95% of the time to make the most out of their learning.
The Great Attendance Race start will start on Monday.
A racetrack has been created for infants and primary, which displays percentage targets along the track. Each class will have its own car representing them and every fortnight the cars will be moved to reflect the classes attendance percentage.
Each fortnight the class with the highest attendance percentage from primary and infants will receive an attendance certificate plus an individual reward. There will also be a prize for the class who has improved the most.
In addition to this, students will receive tokens (in weeks 3, 6 & 9) depending on their attendance percentage. At the end of each term, there will be a raffle/draw whereby one family per stage will receive a movie voucher to the value of $50 to spend at Dumaresq Street cinemas.
- 70% - 80% --> 1 token
- 80% - 90% --> 2 tokens
- 90% - 100% --> 3 tokens
