Open Day and Book Parade

We are thrilled to invite you to our Open Day today starting from 11:30 am to 2:55 pm. This special day coincides with our Book Parade, adding an extra layer of excitement. Students are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite character for the entire day, with the parade scheduled just after 2 pm.

For those with elaborate costumes, they have the option to wear plain clothes and have parents assist with their costume during the afternoon tea break for convenience. Please remember that for safety reasons, all students must wear closed-in shoes.

This is one of the highlights of our school year, and we can’t wait to share it with our wonderful families.

The day will feature:

  • 11:30 am - 12:20 pm
    Open Classrooms
     – A chance to see your child’s amazing work firsthand.
  • 12:20 pm - 1:20 pm
    Assembly Performances – Showcasing the incredible talents of our students.

  • 1:30 pm
    Sausage Sizzle - see below
  • 2:15 pm - 2:55pm
    Annual Character Book Parade
     – Always a fun and creative event for students and families alike.

There will be no pre-orders available (purchase over the counter while stock lasts)

  • Where:  BBQ area at the front of the school
  • When:  1:30 pm
  • Sausage sandwich:  $3..00
  • Soft drinks: $2.00

Gate access

Our school gates will open at 11:20 am (not before). Open Day celebrations commence at 11:30 am.

Entry will be via the front gate only.

All visitors will be required to sign in via QR Code (Service NSW app) prior to entry. It is essential that we know who is on site, particularly in the event of an emergency.

Signage will be displayed on the gates as a reminder.

Please ensure you have the Service NSW app downloaded and ready to use before arriving.
