Students must wear appropriate footwear and, in accordance with the TAPS Sun-Safe Policy, all students must wear a hat or cap. Please ensure that your child has applied some sunscreen and brings plenty of water. Asthma sufferers will be required to carry asthma medication (e.g. puffers) with them.
In the event of wet weather, a decision will be made to postpone at 9.00 am on the day of the carnival. If the carnival is postponed, the backup date will be Tuesday, 7 May 2024.
On the day, students should bring their normal recess and lunch, as well as plenty of water. A blanket or rug to sit on is recommended if desired.
During the event, family members are welcome to watch their children participate in cross country from the designated areas.
