Kindy Transition

Do you have a child starting Kindergarten next Year?

Come along and join our Kindergarten Transition Group.

Transition group runs on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am until 10:45 am.  Does not run during school holidays.

Transition will be held in our School Library. We encourage you to let your child leave the hall with our qualified teaching staff (Mrs Sannio, Mrs Azevedo and/or Mrs Haviland) as they go to the Library for the Transition Class.

During Transition time, we ask that you remain in the hall with Miss Amanda (our Community Liaison Officer) and/or Ms Veronica Kinchela (our Aboriginal Education Officer). You can enjoy a tea/coffee and refreshments, get to know other parents, as well as chat to our staff about our school. There will be some information sessions held throughout the year that will help you understand Kindergarten and school life, as well as assist with how you can help your child at home with their learning.

It is imperative that you stay on school grounds for the duration of the Transition Group Class.
